just did an AI capability diagnostic for a 100-person company in Australia. they purchased Microsoft Copilot for everyone. here's how employees are actually using it: - 50% using it like Google (1-3 words prompts..., 25~ chats a day) - 25% not using it at all - 15% using other tools secretly (10% on Manus, 5% on ChatGPT) - 9% actually using it properly for daily to do manual tasks - 1% uses Claude and completly automated their role but told no one the company paid for 100 licenses only 9 people are getting value meanwhile in SF we're debating AGI timelines the gap between "AI is everywhere" and "people actually using AI" is massive we're not in an AI revolution. we're in an adoption crisis.

I have a lot of things in mind to build but not getting enough time to work on these things. I saw many users are trying to build via vibecoding but they are really working on something that is useless or not much useful. I only saw @ExpatQ3 is building one of the useful websites on @_Web3Central, an aggregator of all useful tools. I think a lot of u need to work on similar stuff. If u really passionate about building tools, turn these ideas into reality : 1. When we use bridges like Relay, Jumper, LayerZero, we sometimes use different destination wallet to exit. So build a tool where pasting a wallet address should show all the connected wallet addresses. 2. A web app specially designed for Content Creators, where we can upload any screenshot, beautify it, add text, blur something, add border etc, everything in one place. Also should have X logo. 3. A web recorder for video content creators who record their screen for video purposes still the normal way, no tap effect, no zoom in zoom out effect, no background etc. For the 2nd and 3rd, there are already tools but those all are scattered. If u found one tool for blur in one website, for another thing go to another website etc. Plus for the 3rd tool, most of them are paid, and for the free ones export quality is bad.
