Toplumsal hafızamız için sizi hiç sıkmayacak bir kitap önereyim. Rus yazar Puşkin'in "Erzurum Yolculuğu" seyahatnamesi.
1915’ten öncesini, 1829 yılını anlatır. Rus askerlerinin Erzurum’a girişini anlattığı şöyle bir bölüm var “Ermeniler bizi büyük bir coşkuyla karşıladı. Bağırıyor, askerlerimize doğru koşuyor, ellerini öpüyorlardı. Türklere küfür ediyorlar ve slogan atıyorlardı” diye anlatır.
Başka bir bölümde “Türklerin evlerinden çıkamadığını, bazılarının pencereden izlediğini” anlatır.
Düşünün daha yıllar sonra Rusların ve Fransızların desteği ile farklı bölgelerde silahlandırılacak bunlar daha silahsız böyleler.
Toplumsal hafızamız zayıf, fazla unutuyoruz ama onlar unutmuyor. Puşkin, dışardan bir göz ve bu olaylardan öncesini anlattığı için aklıma geldi.
Akıcı bir kitap, tavsiyedir.

we are a sovereign nation, and it’s mental retardation to accept 1915 events as a genocide. i am glad my forefathers took measures to protect our people. every turk is thankful for it.
