Tomorrow at midnight is the action deadline for the Virginia governor to approve or veto bills. Remember - the governor can do these things; 1. Do nothing and the bill is enacted at midnight on Tuesday 2. Sign the bill anytime before 1159pm Monday. 3. Send amendments to the bills for the general assembly to approve or reject 4. Veto the bill. My bet is - a lot of the 2A bills will be amended and one will be outright vetoed. Tomorrow will be a very busy day. The transportation bill is the absolute biggest mess.
