Our son flies home to Colorado today, so we are having an Easter lunch today! My daughter’s deviled eggs. 🥚😋

Our son flew in unexpectedly from a business trip in New York. 😁 We made a visit to Pope Leo’s favorite Chicagoland pizza chain - Aurelio’s - in Geneva, IL. Great tavern style pizza- we opted for the cheese and sausage. Fiesta size. Yum! 🍕

Today marks 4 years since my son killed himself in my home. I've shed oh so many tears along the way. Today for the first time since he died I feel good today, like he would want me to be. We are celebrating him today and keeping today happy. Got a Porch Goose today Need Clothes

Prayer can calm us. When we pray, we are reminded to trust God with all of our concerns and trust in his strength. 🙏

We need His example to learn how to love, not because we are incapable of it, but precisely to teach ourselves and one another what true love is.
