Men do not understand the magnitude of attraction a woman who loves them can feel toward them. They underestimate what their presence in this universe does to her body. She can lose her mind from the mere thought of him touching her. It becomes consuming. All she can think about is touching this beautiful creature, this man she sees as both the most ruthless monster and the most tender thing alive. She looks at him and sees the boy and the beast in him and the man who will go out into the world and conquer it. The structure of his chest, lips, face, hair, hands, throat, every single part of him begins to feel impossibly perfect. The man you love starts looking like a masterpiece. You want to grab him, kiss him, hold him, crawl into his skin, become softer than you have ever allowed yourself to be, and give him everything your body has been saving. A woman in love wants to devote herself to him. She wants to pour her life-force into him, make a world with him, become the place he returns to, the warmth he rests inside, the woman who belongs to him because she chose him with every part of herself. He becomes the centre of her universe. The attraction is so strong it feels almost gravitational, as if his existence bends the space around her and he becomes the sun. Even the thought of him whispering into her ear sends currents down her spine and her legs weaken, body forgets its own rules. Around him, shame begins to dissolve because desire becomes stronger than restraint. You cannot stop yourself from touching him. You go beyond all your little rules of composure, modesty, and self-control. He makes you lose the shame you thought was hard to break. The desire becomes so intense that your mind fills with the most feral, beautiful thoughts, and all you want is to make him yours, be his, carry his children into the world, and belong to the man your entire body has already recognised.
