@bandhanbank_in Bandhan Bank seems aggressive in charging customers—accounts opened with high min balance without clear consent, leading to repeated charges. Even after reversal & downgrade requests, charges recur. GST isn’t refunded either. @rbi - Is this allowed practice?

Support team kept asking for my mobile num, which can't be shared publicly.seemed like a time wasting technique.

@JioMart Stale, rotten Banana Flower was delivered today. I wanted to make a complaint in the JioMart app, but did not find any option. Is it like this, that whatever gets delivered, no complaint can be made? Or am I missing anything?

@RailwaySeva Basic communication seems to be missing. Train 12348 is delayed by nearly an hour and no announcements are being made to update passengers waiting at Bolpur Shantiniketan (WB) station. Very disappointing service. Are passengers taken for granted? @RailMinIndia

@MediBuddyapp Why is the app showing the message that the medicine order was cancelled as I was not available when the doctor tried to reach me over the phone? I had spoken with the doctor and she has provided confirmation that the medicine will be approved.

@JioMart Had placed an order at 12:10 pm today. Nothing was delivered. Not able to check order status in the app. Had lodged a complaint to the customer care. Saw one resolution mail, that did not mention what the resolution is. Neither have I got any refund. Totally disgusting.

@bankofbaroda @RBI @FinMinIndia As per RBI guidelines; any citizen is entitled to get the soiled notes exchanged at a branch of bank where this facility is available. It does not require the person to have an SB acc with that bank. Pin code of branch where refusal was done to exchange soiled notes is 700129

@bankofbaroda I visited the local BOB branch at Madhyamgram Kalibari, WB to replace some soiled Rs 10 notes. To my surprise, executive at the cash counter told me that soiled notes below Rs 100 cannot be exchanged. Is this the official stance of Bank of Baroda? @RBI @FinMinIndia
