@mrsimonsmith Yes. I fear there will be fewer jobs and in the near term, rates will effectively stagnate for editors. Once this town starts up again, everyone and their mother will be up for the same handful of jobs at the same time. Will likely take time to stabilize.

Anyone else worry that whilst they (Netflix / Amazon / Apple) might eventually agree to pay more, the pot will stay the same, and instead we’ll just end up producing far less, with a lot of people out of work? Has the last few years grown the workforce to an unsustainable size?
