Today is the 500th day since my last drink. I have much to be grateful for, not the least of which are the friends and people who have inspired, encouraged, and supported this sobriety journey, including @DaveKluge, @footballdiehard and my @Footballguys family. This journey started as a gift to myself, and I get to open it every day. If you have been thinking about making a change in your life -- quitting drinking, leaving a job you hate, getting out of a bad relationship, going back to the gym, writing that book, taking that trip, starting your own business -- whatever it is, just start, right now. Day 500 can't happen without Day 1. If I can help you in any way, please reach out. You don't have to walk any path alone.
