hey @flynorse I was suppose to fly home on your airliner but @AirMalta put me in a plane with no AC and no water in 40+ degree weather for 2 hours. This resulting in numerous passengers fainting and many more struggling to carry their own weight. Of course the flight was delayed further (6 hours) resulting in me missing my flight with Norse. The worse part is air Malta told me they would sort it out “just get on the delayed flight and will sort everything for you”. This was a bold face lie when I arrived in Rome with no hotel no flights no friends still drenched in sweat because of that sauna air Malta put me in they told me to essentially screw off and their contract is fulfilled. Now I had to out of pocket for my own hotel with still no flight home. So please Norse don’t let me get completely screwed after almost being killed by air malta. maltatoday.com.mt/news/national/… (P.S this article down plays it so much it’s disgusting. They refused to let us off for over an hour while children and babies on board and could have easily killed multiple people if not for the passengers insisting.)
