@SandyofSuffolk Looks lovely - and you want to leave!!
Visited friends in Suffolk last year (near Orford) and loved it.

@CFCPinky @ChelseaFC I agree carol , it's a poor site. Trying to buy my own season ticket for PSG at home took ages.
English

Dear @ChelseaFC I have already tried explaining inf how unfriendly your website is for dyspraxic people with visual tracking issues. But you’ve NOT listened. I’m sitting here almost in tears and all I want to do is buy my own seat for PSG. Reasonable adjustment FGS 😥
English

@SandyofSuffolk Yes, she always said that to me. Remember it so well.

To all my lovely fans of my A Place in the Sun posts, ☀️ how do you fancy a little deviation today?
Think I'll watch an episode of Escape to the Country and post my take on it later. I'm sure there will be something to amuse us all and boy do we need some light relief from the toxicity of politics.
Check back later. ☺️

@Clare1744 Best wishes Clare (remember you when you were at The FA)
English

@kazbahellis Yes, really wanted George to win as the only non dancer in the final.
English

I liked her but I did want George to win. He had no dance training at all.

Karen Carney is your Strictly Come Dancing champion! 🎉💙 #Strictly 💃
English

@tovers98 Chelsea is his English club, I was disappointed with him today.
English

That was the most lacklustre semi I remember in all the years I’ve been reporting on / watching #Strictly only Amber’s couple’s choice felt exciting . Disappointing .

According to reports, the BBC are holding a ‘chemistry test day’ in January to see who could work as the new #STRICTLY HOSTS, with ‘10 golden names’…

Escape to the Country
Series 26 episode 18
Herefordshire and Gloucestershire
A greasy looking, unshaved and uncombed Alastair Appleton introduces us to middle aged English Andrew in his oversized jacket, his retro hi-fi system, and his poncho clad, half shaven headed German wife Beate, who are looking to move back to England from their present home in Germany. Beate's 11 year old son will be moving with them.
They have 600,000 to spend and want a rural property but one that enables English Andrew to commute to the Midlands where he is soon to be starting a hybrid working job.
Property 1 is detached in Gloucestershire in magnificent gardens but it has a very small, very dated kitchen. English Andrew loves it. 💕And there's room for the record player. 🙄Well, that's ok then. I was worried about the vinyl. 😜
Property 2 is in the Wye Valley with views of the river. Again it's set in gorgeous grounds but it's semi detached.
Property 3 is registered as a smallholding as it's set in 4 acres and is home to chickens and goats. 🐔🐓🐐 The half shaven headed German loves it and says she'd have time to tend to the animals and 4 acres as she works from home. No, German Beate, that's called skiving from home here in England. 🙄
To conclude, English Andrew and his German wife Beate have a second viewing of property 1. But in a twisty turny ending to today's show, we're told they're buying a barn conversion. In.............. Yorkshire. 😳🤣

@ralpha060461 Yes, brilliant in Upstairs Downstairs and Shirley Valentine.

How very sad. A fine actress and a lovely lady 😔

Bal & Julian quickstep: managing to squeeze a quickstep from Beyoncé isn’t easy - but they did it ! There is NO REASON why Bal should be in the dance off this week. So improved #Strictly
English

@kazbahellis Mine too. In fact I have this picture on my desk at work to this day.
English

Lewis & Katya Paso: yes yes YES!! THAT is the paso to beat! Superb lines ; intensity and drama ! Best dance of the night 👏👏 #Strictly
English

@kevinhatchard Totally agree Kevin. It's a complete waste of time.

I love dressing room stuff, but I’m absolutely adamant that we shouldn’t be allowed to see it. Coaches should be free to do their thing without having to play up to the cameras or curb what they say in case it goes viral. Not everything has to be content.
