Dinner was so yummy. We had Baby John Dory fillets in sandwiches with fresh mozzarella, heritage tomatoes, baby spinach & rocket, caramelised onions & a sriracha mayo. It was delicious! 😋🥳 Have a great evening everyone 💜

Some mini carrot cakes made with Almond flour. They’re a bit wonky but taste yummy. Just love the cinnamon smell 😋 I’ll make some cream cheese icing for the tops 🥰🥳

@AJT2010 Oh you’re too kind. I’ll be ok, just another plot twist with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. The cysts will be removed in the next few weeks. Honestly I’m more worried abt my sciatica so I’m choosing to ignore it haha And please don’t feel guilty, we’re all busy dealing with crap xx
