@joinbenjamin I have been waiting for my PayPal withdrawal since January 14 — 6 weeks. I have contacted customer support with no resolution. They just send an auto generated form letter. Is there anyone willing to hemp process this? 6 weeks is an unreasonable delay.

Hey benjamin crew having trouble receiving my payout or anything resembling a date which the automated response I have received from the clanker substitute for actual customer service reps I haven't heard from an actual person to ask about anything further,

Someone needs to actually do their fuckin job and get me paid out otherwise I will be pursuing legal action and if need be, ill make the trip to HQmyself
@joinbenjamin I've had $250 queued since December 17th. I've received a literally identical reply from customer service no less than six times. Since you've now deleted your FB there's seemingly no way to get a real response from CS. I will be reporting you to the BBB and FTC.

@joinbenjamin It's going on 40 days since I first requested a withdrawal, and the app goes from 3+ days in the queue to in queue and being processed, however, it's remained that way for weeks and I've attempted to send emails, but can't ever get a response. This is just wrong!
