MODHAUS 官方聲明 MODHAUS首先對所有期待 tripleS 香港演出的粉絲所感受到的困惑與失望深表理解，並對此表示遺憾。 然而，AEL近日所發布的有關香港演出的聲明中包含與事實不符的內容，因此有必要就相關事實作出說明。 根據 MODHAUS 與 AEL 所簽署的合約，AEL須於合約所約定的期限內支付最終尾款，但AEL並未履行該付款義務。 對此，MODHAUS已依照合約程序向AEL發出違約通知，並給予合理的補救期限。然而，在該期限屆滿前，相關尾款仍未實際支付。 此外，AEL在未實際完成匯款的情況下，仍聲稱已完成尾款支付，並提供了一份與實際匯款無關的匯款申請文件作為所謂的證明。對於此事，AEL方面亦未作出任何道歉或合理解釋。 同時，我們亦確認演出主辦方相關人員曾對粉絲使用可能引起反感的言辭，出現不適當的言行。 上述行為已嚴重損害了作為演出主辦方應有的基本信任。作為負責保護藝人權益與聲譽，以及維護粉絲權益的經紀公司，MODHAUS認為在此情況下已難以繼續維持合作關係。 綜合以上情況，MODHAUS認為AEL未能履行尾款支付義務，且雙方之間的信任已受到重大破壞，因此難以繼續維持該合約關係。基於上述原因，MODHAUS已決定終止與AEL之間的相關合約。 然而，AEL在自身未履行合約義務的情況下，卻對外發布聲明，將事件描述為MODHAUS的單方面決定。此類說法與事實不符，MODHAUS有必要就此作出澄清。 若AEL今後持續散布與事實不符的內容，損害MODHAUS或本公司旗下藝人的名譽與信譽，MODHAUS將保留包括損害賠償在內的一切法律追訴權利。此舉亦是為了保障藝人的權益、聲譽以及粉絲的正當權益。 儘管本次合約終止係依據相關程序依法作出，但對於在此過程中為粉絲帶來的不便與失望，MODHAUS仍深表遺憾。 未來MODHAUS亦將繼續致力於保護藝人的權益與聲譽，以及維護粉絲的正當權益。

Today marks the close of my journey at Modhaus. Over the past three and a half years, it has been a chapter filled with growth, challenges, and so much joy. It has truly been an honor to be part of an innovative company striving to make a positive impact on the industry. I want to sincerely thank every single member of Modhaus from the dedicated employees to the incredible artists. I would not have made it this far without the support, collaboration, and trust of so many amazing individuals. Working alongside such talented and passionate people has been a privilege I will always cherish. To all the fans, thank you for your constant feedback and support. Whether your words were positive or critical, they pushed me to improve and grow. One of my biggest goals was always to create a better experience for you. If I was able to contribute even a small part to enhancing that experience, then I consider that a success. And if there were moments where I fell short, I sincerely apologize. Although my time at Modhaus comes to an end today, I am deeply grateful for everyone I met along the way. I’ll continue to be a K-pop fan, appreciating the amazing culture alongside you all.
