It’s absurd that we’ve not priced in the externalities*, as they push our climate over the brink. “Externalities: a side effect/consequence of an industrial/commercial activity that affects other parties without this being reflected in the cost of the goods or services involved.”

I wrote this comment today to point out a way to try to better understand the collective waves of selfishness undermining our global civilization as it seeks to break out of seemingly endless cycles of systemic un-sustainability and self-sabotage. (@jpclark, Founder, @rethinkciv)
