Been experimenting around wearing 100 lb weighted vest during daily steps The Roman Legionnaires carried a sarcina, a marching pack of 60-100+ lbs, and they marched 20,000 steps a day in a standard day's march Then they had some cheese, bread, olive oil and a bit of meat... bit of vino too... rested up goodly And they conquered the known world So if I do that and get 70,000 steps a day I mean ??

My heart breaks for those getting less than 40,000 steps a day I feel immense pity for them
