This took entirely too long and the character movement suffered because I cant watch it back at higher that 11fps while working. But, for a first dip back into animating, I like it. No sound, don't want to dedicate *that* much time to it. #Halo #blender

First run since my 10k ruck back in June thanks to this heat wave finally breaking. A little slower than I’d like but man it felt good. The album choice helped a ton too. Stop being a fat bitch. I did, and it’s done nothing but drastically improve my life. Get out there.

In my defense for missing a target at 50 meters with a rifle, there are literally no optics on it right now and I was going purely off of feel and intuition; still landed a few hits. It could have been worse!

Was invited to join my cousins’ family ritual of making smash burgers and watching Nascar. Feels really good to reconnect with family in a meaningful way. Talk to your people, lift heavy , and wear your plates on cardio days. My arms and side profile continue to improve 👌
