[ REPOSTS ] Instagram Notices META VERIFIED IS A SCAM people's accounts are still getting suspended for no reason right now there are only a few ways to try and get your account back 1. contact Meta support through Meta Verified and hope you get a real human 2. submit an appeal through Instagram or Facebook 3. file a complaint with a consumer protection agency or Attorney General the problem is that none of these usually work paying for Meta Verified to get better support is useless because all you'll get is an automated message saying “human support is at high volume” people are even reporting Meta to the FTC, because their claimed "manual reviews" are often just AI or scripted responses instead of a real human review meta needs to do something before more people lose access to their accounts for no reason. but it seems like they don't care
