@ManMilk2 Jimmy was too untrustworthy. You could argue that he wouldn’t be if Chuck gave him a job, but without one, he still pulled the billboard stunt, mocked HHM, and tried to steal the Kettlemans. When he got a job at that other firm, he sabotaged himself and others for a quick buck
