Last night’s win was needed on many levels; one of them is selfish. On Friday, we said goodbye to our Gatsby girl. If you knew her, you loved her; if you didn’t, you knew how much we loved her. She made it almost 18 years, which still doesn’t feel like enough. Grateful for all the time I had with my best friend. I know she’s with my dad now, enjoying the afterglow of a big Kentucky win.
