It’s about whether small farms are still here in 10 years’ time, because right now, things are heading one way. Food getting more processed, Farms getting fewer and bigger and most people having no idea where what they’re eating actually comes from. That might be fine for some but we don’t think it’s right and we don’t think it’s the only way things can work. That’s why we’ve been working on this and we’ll share it soon.
