Ingraham: You said as many as 600,000 Chinese students could come to the US. Why, sir is, that a pro-maga position when so many American kids want to go to school and there are places not for them and these universities are getting rich off Chinese money?
Trump: If we were to cut that in half, which perhaps, makes some people happy, you would have half the colleges in the United States go out of business.
Ingraham: So what
Trump: I actually think it's good to have outside countries.
Ingraham: They’re not the French
Trump: You think the French are better? I’m not so sure. Maga was my idea. It was nobody else's idea. I know better than anybody else what Maga wants

... and what about those of us who see a down in the dumps ostrich ?
Science girl@sciencegirl
Apparently, if you can see a tree, you're left-brained, and if you can see two people holding hands, you're right-brained 🤔

@michaelgove @campbellclaret @RoryStewartUK Where have you being living for the past 2 years. Calling what happened a mistake appears to signal a sort of approval for what happened to so many human beings and at the end of the day that is the most important point, innocent people have been killed, this can not be excused
English

Grateful to @campbellclaret and @RoryStewartUK for their considered questioning and indeed there has been no genocide in Gaza - tragedies, yes, of course - but the ultimate responsibility lies with Hamas

“I’m going to be on the side of Israel wherever I can defending them… … I believe the IDF has done everything it can to protect civilian life in Gaza…” Michael Gove with outright genocide denial.

@LBC @TomSwarbrick1 As great it is that the killing has stopped and hostages returned. This is unlikely to be a lasting peace or at least will not be until the underlying issues are resolved and I unfortunately just don't see that happening yet.
English

“For all of my adult life, this is the closest that it has ever been to having genuine peace.”
@TomSwarbrick1 reflects on the historic importance of today’s Gaza peace deal.
English

@Countrypea3772 @OlenaRohoza What a stupid comment, a man to be hugely admired for defending his people and country. That isn't enough to justify a Peace Prize.

@cormacpro @FIBA @FIFAcom @iocmedia Basketball Ireland's decision is regrettable and contrary to their belief may actually do more harm to the sport in the country than if they refused to play.
English

Time for @FIBA to throw Israel out of all competition - and @FIFAcom and @iocmedia and every other sporting organisation. This should not be coming back on Basketball Ireland to make this decision.

@MikeTappTweets Yes it is a new low when there are those who think the inappropriate chants from a minor artist and which should be criticised are a new low ... what about the 50k Palestinians no longer with us where is the outrage for them.
English

@ClayTravis Where are her team mates ... but saying that she needs to take more control of the situation heeself

@SmallerFishGAA Exciting contest but hurling wasn't great, it seemed more like a cross between wrestling and rugby at times
English

@JDVance That's probably worse JD, are you telling us he actually thinks through things and comes up with those unhinged actions and words. They could almost be forgiven if they were impulsive.

@AtTheRaces @BreedersCup Finally a Breeders Cup back at Belmont, it's been way too long since it was there.

@BBCMOTD Fantastic player, pundit and presenter. Didn't matter who you supported, always played fair and that seems to be what has finished his MOTD career in the end, seem like some people don't think we should live in a better world. Maybe if more were like Gary it would be

@YourAnonNews It's very hard not to agree with those thoughts as if it's not the case we should be very worried about the humanity of our fellow Europeans. It's not that the song was great, if it was I'd almost give it the benefit of the doubt.

There's no way Israel won the audience vote, there was definitely manipulation going on. #Eurovision2025

@ESCdiscord Thankfully, wouldn't be a great Eurovision winner but at least he stopped an Israeli smash and grab.

@ChrisCleas @dgellis0907 Exactly, it's like it was a planned response, you don't have to provide balance where none can exist.
English

“Of course I should just point out that Israel denies there is a genocide…” #questiontime #bbcqt

@tonyleen At Champions League Semi Final you can't be cornered by loyalty and while alternatives might not be what you want why for example wait until 89th minute to bring on Nwaneri and as for taking 15 minutes to sub off the clearly struggling Timber....
English

It’s got to a critical stage but Arteta hamstrung by loyalty (understandable) and lack of alternatives (frustrating).
Martin Wengrow@MartinWengrow
When you’re a captain and you’re out of form it’s difficult to be inspirational. But given the season that he has had its time for a new leader (Rice or Gabriel) and quite possibly an upgrade in his position.

@RacingPost Ladbrokes have let themselves down badly. They should have acted in good faith like a responsible business prior to the issue escalating to this point. They have now backed themselves into a corner from which they can no longer gain any win other than to settle the bet ASAP.

Doesn't make any difference how many attempts it took Rory to win this Green jacket, other that it probably made it more special for him and to be fair he has kept bouncing back when so many others would have been destroyed by the the failures of the past
