Dr. Ben Chumo,
At 65 years and counting, I ask you plainly: what exactly do you want from me?
Was it not enough that on 12th December 2025 you kidnapped/abducted my children under false pretence claiming they were visiting you only to switch off your phone and subsequently move them beyond my reach. Without my consent, nor the courts consent?
If you had a lawful court order, why was it not formally served upon me?
Why was deception used instead of due process?
Why has this alleged court order never been produced for verification?
For 67 days now, I have neither seen nor spoken to my children. As their father and primary caregiver for over four years, this prolonged silence is unjustifiable and deeply distressing.
I must also address the events of Friday evening - 19th February 2026 when five @DCI_Kenya officers from Gigiri Police Station (four male, one female) arrived at my residence after 5pm in a Subaru Outback registration KCP 763N. They declined to properly identify themselves and sought to arrest me on what appear to be defamation allegations.
Since when does defamation justify five @DCI_Kenya officers and a late-evening home visit?
@DCI_Kenya Why was I not formally summoned during official working hours?
Why the refusal to identify yourselves? Why the urgency, and why the apparent attempt at intimidation?
Let this be clearly stated:
If anything happens to me whether through unlawful arrest, harassment, or any harm to my person responsibility will rest squarely with you, Dr. Ben Chumo, for initiating and sustaining this course of action.
I am documenting every event. I am informing relevant authorities and legal counsel. Transparency protects everyone.
Dr. Ben Chumo If your actions are lawful, then transparency should not be difficult.
Produce the court order you rely upon?
Clarify the legal basis upon which my children were removed?
How did you involve yourself on this matter?
Silencing a father who is demanding answers does not resolve the underlying issue. It only deepens it.
The era of intimidation is over.
Dr Ben Chumo, produce my Children, whether dead or alive. I will not be intimidated.

Guys let's come through for Anwar Sidi veteran Safari Rally Journalist. Burglars broke into his house and made away with a MacBook Pro laptop and several external hard drives containing decades of irreplaceable work.
Among the stolen items is a MacBook Pro, Model A2338 EMC 3578, serial number FVFF32N7Q05H, which Sidi said had all his current work.
Also taken were five external hard drives containing what he described as a lifetime collection of photographs and data spanning more than four decades.
“The external drives have photos and data from 1983 to 2025, including images from the 2025 Classic Safari and material from the WRC Safari Rally project,” Sidi said in an appeal shared on social media platforms.
He added that the loss goes beyond the monetary value of the equipment, noting that much of the material is professionally and historically significant and difficult, if not impossible, to replace.
Sidi has appealed to anyone who may come across the laptop or the external drives, or receive information about their whereabouts, to contact him immediately.
He also urged the public to share the information widely on social media to increase the chances of recovery.
Anyone with information can reach Anwar Sidi on 0722 786 714 or 0735 786 714. @DCI_Kenya
