10:1 is too extreme for me. 20:1 is a much better ratio.

🚨 NEW: Green leader Zack Polanski will call for policies to end the "affordability crisis" tomorrow - The introduction of a 10:1 pay ratio, whereby the highest-paid employee earns no more than ten times the lowest-paid - Free school meals for all primary and secondary pupils - Universal energy bill support for households and stronger rent controls - A customs union with the EU to cut business costs

@kitleaks12 @newmannn77 @hfc_felix And so are you.
I’m currently on the jubilee line, travelling around London as I do most days.

@kitleaks12 @adhamhomathuna @Amon1137236 @dsxf234161 It’s a conversation, dude, when you reply, you ask for a response indirectly because you want it to continue, that’s how communication works
English

@kitleaks12 @newmannn77 @hfc_felix Nope. Why are you making assumptions?
I also had part time jobs when I was 15/16.
English

@TheBritishGuild @newmannn77 @hfc_felix I feel like you wouldn’t understand struggle because you don’t actually have a job yourself.
English

@kitleaks12 @newmannn77 @hfc_felix They’re difficult to fill because a life on universal credit and unwarranted PIP is too easy to claim.

Cheating on ya dying wife is violent conduct

“Violent Conduct” 🤣🤣🤣 Plaiting my kids hair is more violent than what Martinez did! Ffs
English

@TheBritishGuild @newmannn77 @hfc_felix If those jobs were as easy to fill as you’re suggesting, they wouldn’t have persistent vacancies. The issue isn’t just whether people can do them it’s whether they’re willing and able to under current pay and conditions, and that’s a labour market problem not an immigration one
English

@kitleaks12 @newmannn77 @hfc_felix Yes, many of the inactive can’t work, but some can.
Many immigrants don’t fill specific shortages, they work in low-skilled roles that almost anyone could fill.
We don’t need Rasheed to come here to stack shelves in Tesco, so Darren and Bianca can claim UC.
English

@TheBritishGuild @newmannn77 @hfc_felix Those numbers don’t mean we have a ready workforce many of the ‘inactive’ can’t work, and jobseekers don’t always match the jobs available. Immigration often fills specific shortages, not replaces local workers, and the real issue is skills gaps and working conditions, not origin
English

@kitleaks12 @newmannn77 @hfc_felix It depends on who the immigrants are, the roles they’re filling, and the requirements of that particular country.
We have 1.5 million jobseekers and 9 million people who are economically inactive.
We don’t need cheap labour from abroad.
English

@TheBritishGuild @newmannn77 @hfc_felix If population growth automatically reduced GDP per capita, then countries with higher immigration would always get poorer per person but many don’t.
English

@kitleaks12 @newmannn77 @hfc_felix GPD per capita has declined steadily as total GDP has increased. So population growth is outpacing productivity gains.
English

@TheBritishGuild @newmannn77 @hfc_felix Immigration doesn’t just increase labour supply it also increases demand, and most evidence shows wages are shaped far more by labour laws and productivity than by migration levels.
English

@TheBritishGuild @newmannn77 @hfc_felix Take a scroll through your account. You’ll see retard pretty rapidly
English

@newmannn77 @hfc_felix Because we’ve had mass immigration, which floods the labour market and gives employers power.
English

@kitleaks12 @L__1919 What makes you think there's a good chance he's seen yours though?
English

@HeathNewton1878 @L__1919 Good chance he’s probably seen the original post. Fellas chronically online

@kitleaks12 @L__1919 How are you hlding him accountable? Do you think he reads your posts? Maybe just leave cancer victims out of your bitter bollocks, no?
