Today I had a really bad autoimmune attack. For context, I have hashimoto's disease and fibro.
My face is puffy, my glands are swollen, my body is itchy everywhere, my muscles are sore, inflammation all over + I slept all day.
T'was a little scary though. 😥

I'm okay now! I drank a lot of tea, slept, took my medication and am now waiting it out.
I don't open up about being chronically ill, but today was very hard, and I think it's important to talk about these things too in case others go through it too. ❤️
