The Jewish people are not a monolith. Anyone who tells you otherwise is misleading you. I am Jewish and am part of a vast and growing progressive Jewish community that understands the phrase as it is intended: freedom for all people-not just Jews-between the river & the sea. 🧵

@danielleradford Yep. I felt like I was cane-ing wrong and felt weird. Sometimes people still treat me strangely, but I think that’s their own internalized ableism. Congratulations on your increased mobility!

So. Um. A thing I’ve been privately dealing with this year is a loss of mobility and while i am trying to get doctors to figure stuff out or whatever, I’ve been making adjustments One of those is a cane And let me tell you what I have learned so far…
