It’s always scary to share these opinions, but as someone who is Jewish, if you stand with victims of violence “everyone everywhere always” there should not just be an Israeli flag here.

An incredibly disappointing statement from an organization I’m usually proud to be part of. Should we only care about murdered Israeli children? What of murdered Palestinian children? Roughly 50% of the population of Gaza is < 15. Do better @APSASurgeons

I am incredibly disappointed by this one-sided message. Just as we denounce Hamas, we must simultaneously denounce Israel’s inhumane and unconscionable bombardment of Gaza. Your choice of imagery and verbiage does not reflect the views of your membership.
