To those who don’t know, at the end of this series, a statistic is flashed, which reads: ‘82% married women face sexual violence from their husbands’. This is nothing but a lie. And it has been told in a manner that if you do not dive deep, get ready to be misled. First, where does this statistic come from? It was in the National Family Health Survey (2019–21), in which the women participants were asked whether they had ever faced sexual violence. Out of 100 women, 5.4% of them said yes. Then, on being asked who the perpetrator was, 82% of these said their husband. Hope you are able to trace the fraud now. In all, it was 82% of 5.4%, not the total number of married women. I have experienced a story like this years ago. An Indian guy, teacher in the genetics field, in Norway was asked by the highest office of India to leave his teaching job and work in India. He did. Came to India with his wife and very young son. Was made to run around for 6 months even though he had the so-called backing of the highest office in the country. After 6 months, out of nowhere, the US embassy approached him with an offer - a tenured job at a top uni, big bucks and citizenship on tap etc etc. With nothing moving in India, he left and joined 1 of the top 3 universities in the USA. Same story w/a few differences - Kakodkar was at the top of his game. He could have gone public with the problems with the nuclear deal (not that much came out of that deal). The moment I saw Narayanan's name in there I sort of connected the dots. With his connections he would have been the architect of it all. Otherwise there is no reason for him to be there - Not a tech person Not a money guy Won't be working as a security supervisor. I am convinced that he is the one who would have used his spook counterparts in the USA to swing this one. Few other countries could have (in his view) provided him with necessary protection from the backlash if any. India could still sue Kakodkar for not sharing whatever patents he has acquired in his name while using the resources of the Indian organisations he worked with. All that will be needed would be a determined govt and it should be able to kick the Kakodkar++'s can of gold far down the road. None of these guys are spring chickens or have the boon of immortality. This is not a big market. Do not let them see a penny from their skullduggery. Screw up their name completely - easy to do for MKN (Agusta westland) & yeah see if you have or can build up a file on MK Narayanan as he loved to tell people like Mulayam. IIRC, this is how he swung Mulayam on the nuclear deal as well.

Dr Kakodkar pleaded against the much vaunted US Nuclear deal + begged for more focus on theThorium program. He was overruled and ignored by the Political/Bureaucratic class with Indian Amreekajeevis cheerleading the deal. Why blame him for pursuing his scientific goals legally?
