Guys, a person called MODJADJI MAHLANGU - Consular officer at South African High Commission, in Kampala took passports of Ugandans who had applied for visas.
She locked their passports in her office and not even a single person at South African high commission, in Kampala can do anything.
Her office was locked yesterday and locked today, some of the passports holders were meant to travel for 2 oceans marathons, paid tickets, accommodations and the high commission in Kampala says they don’t know where she is.

Hegseth announces automatic registration for US military draft to begin in December. Any immigrant who doesn't register within 30 days of turning 18 can be criminally charged.
While absurd, practically speaking all this does is show MAGA hypocrisy. Somehow automatic voter registration isn’t possible—but automatic registration for the draft program is both possible and now required.
MAGAs don't want to make it easier for young people to vote—just easier for them to die in Trump's illegal wars.

My fact-based reading is that the KSA, together with Bahrain, the Emirates, and Kuwait, have chosen a side in this war by allowing the use of their territory and airspace for attacks on Iran.
The Saudis went even further by deploying their own tanker aircraft to refuel American and Israeli jets en route to Iran.
