@lacyflows47 felt girl. some mutuals on here told me magnesium before bed so i got some gummies that are magnesium and ashwaganda. they’ve helped a lot for my morning cortisol but it’s def hard to lower it once it’s been high for so long 😔

sleep insomnia is so assssss bro how tf do i take two different medications to help me sleep (one being seroquel) AND THC right before bed and i STILL wake up up every 30 minutes to an hour and here i am, 4 and a half hours after i first went to sleep, wide awake in bed………
