@StagecoachWScot I’d love to know why your service updates say there’s no 9 Kilmarnock-Stewarton service on days of industrial action but I’ve literally just seen one at the Jubilee Dr terminus! Please update your information & give us a timetable!

@StagecoachWScot @rachelgmarks It’s a bit ridiculous that there’s still no finalised timetable. Many people need to know whether or not they can get to their work etc for the next 6 weeks! And what about the vulnerable people you’re leaving stranded in areas with no service?

@AvantiWestCoast ….she even asked if I was ok & if there was anything else I needed. Her kindness was such a help & a massive relief as we were still 3.5 hours from Glasgow!!! Excellent customer service - above & beyond. Please also consider stocking sanitary products…
