@larnswick It might be an idea to write to her employers right at the end of her employment to arrive the day after she leaves to avoid confrontation. And send it "signed for" ?

@PhilMyers53 In my eyes yes Phil, my problem is she gets very stressed if I start mentioning taking action, whilst she is still there. So after taking advice she is getting out in a months time, and we will take action then. Effectively being bullied at nearly 66 is just not on.
