I was open with close friends/family about my journey the last 6 months and it still felt isolating and shameful. It consumed A LOT of my time/energy. It’s the main thing I’ve done this year. But I’m proud of myself for doing it. (13/)

I’m lucky that I don’t get sui**dal. (Or haven’t yet.) I just get completely blank, swallowed whole by brain fog and fatigue. This spring I had no more dreams, no fight, no motivation, no room for anything other than barely eking by each day. (4/)

Transparency re: mental illness is the only way to make things better, and I want to be a part of that. I have depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and I always will. But I still deserve to have a rich and fulfilling life. You do, too. (14/)
