@jmibullfrog Thank you! It’s simple. Turn each assignment into bite-sized goals, visually represent them based on TO DO, DOING, DONE and prioritize. You give yourself mini rewards when tasks go under DONE 😇

Daughter was starting to get overwhelmed with uni assignments. So I sat her down and coached her in the basics of The Rockefeller Habits and SCRUM, using her bedroom mirror, post-its and a marker. The difference between the two pics is one week. Proud mama here.
