2025 marked the first year of our #LeadTheFuture strategy, and what a start it has been! Behind every reported KPI there is a customer decision. In 2025, almost 350,000 new customers chose Orange mobile.160k more households trusted us with #OrangeFiber. More operators connected to our infrastructure. New IT&IS solutions were delivered to help our Enterprise customers in their digital transformation. This trust is translated into revenue and EBITDAaL growth above our guidance, proving that our strategy is not just ambition - it is execution. In 2025, we were focused on elevating Customer Experience through enhanced offers, improved digital channels, investments in top connectivity, solutions strengthening customers’ security. We reinforced our commitment to provide the most reliable and trusted #connectivity in Poland: Our 5G now covers nearly 85% of the population. We decommissioned our 3G network freeing up spectrum for the newest technologies. A decade after lunch, Orange Fiber reaches nearly 10 million homes, with the fastest speed of up to 8 Gb/s available in 50 cities. We also proved that growth and #responsibility go together: In 2025, 100% of our electricity came from renewable sources. We decreased CO2 emissions (scope 1 & 2) by 93% vs 2020. We collected 50% more used phones than a year earlier, and already 45% of distributed fixed devices are refurbished. 223,000 people in Poland benefited from our educational initiatives. @fundacjaorange, celebrated 20th anniversary in 2025 – 20 years of dedication to digital inclusion. Pleased to share very good Q3 results for @Orange_Polska! ✅ Solid financial performance - revenues growing by over 9%, driven by all three business engines: CoreTelco, IT&IS business services and Wholesale. Operational profitability EBITDAaL increased by nearly 3%.   🚀 Sustained commercial momentum - customer bases continued to expand across all key telecom services, led by mobile postpaid, with 108 000 new users added in Q3. What a start to 2025 for @Orange_Polska! Q1 was packed with milestones - we wrapped up the successful delivery of our .GROW plan and kicked-off an exciting new chapter with our #LeadTheFuture strategy.   And looking on the quarter performance, the results are solid: ✅ Revenues and EBITDAaL on the rise, full-year guidance confirmed. ✅ Strong performance in our core telco revenues - key driver of growth. ✅ Customer base expanding across all key services, with mobile postpaid outstanding – the best result since many quarters.  ✅ Good momentum in IT&IS services.   Delivering top connectivity is our priority.
In Q1, we sustained investments in modern telco infrastructure. And we have secured 700MHz spectrum - key step to move closer to our strategic goal: almost full 5G coverage across Poland. Co to oznacza dla klientów, firm, instytucji, gospodarki i interesariuszy? ✅ Pozostaniemy liderem na rynku i pierwszym wyborem klientów. Będziemy rozwijać i ulepszać nasze oferty. Stawiamy na konwergencję, cyfryzowanie firm i instytucji, oferty szyte na miarę i cyberbezpieczeństwo. ✅ Dzięki sieci światłowodowej i #5G zapewnimy najlepszą jakość i bezpieczeństwo usług. To oznacza m. in. zwiększenie zasięgu. Do 2028 roku będziemy mieć 12 mln gospodarstw domowych z dostępem do światłowodów od Orange, a 5G oferować dla ponad 90 proc. mieszkańców Polski. ✅ Wprowadzimy jeszcze więcej narzędzi i innowacji opartych na #AI, które poprawią jakość obsługi klientów i zwiększą naszą efektywność. ✅ W biznesie kluczowi są pracownicy - zespołowość i kompetencje.
