@Bob_Wachter@POTUS Rebound is much more common than being published. I have 5 patients I know of personally that have experienced out of perhaps 30 treated so far.
Sorry to hear @POTUS has Pax rebound. It's generally benign (usually 3-7d; hospitalization rare) but he is infectious so needs to resume isolation. Need to expedite trials of longer Pax course (7 or 10 days). Prevalence? 2% my foot–it's pretty darn common. nytimes.com/2022/07/30/us/…
