Earlier today, I broke down exactly why drinking coffee the second you wake up practically guarantees a brutal 2 PM crash.
Now, I want to remind you again how useful that method can be. 🤯☕
In this video, those glowing blue molecules represent adenosine—your brain's internal sleep pressure. Notice how they are slowly dissolving and clearing out in the natural morning sunlight before the espresso is consumed?
That is your morning cortisol spike naturally doing its job.
If you chug your coffee while those blue molecules are still heavily clustered around your neural receptors, the caffeine simply traps them there in the background. When the caffeine finally wears off... the dam breaks. 💥
Video created with Grok Imagine.
Give your brain that 90 to 120-minute window to clear the adenosine naturally. Ride the morning light, hydrate, and then enjoy your coffee. Your afternoon energy levels will completely transform.
Who is officially starting the 90-minute delay tomorrow? Let me know below! 👇

@MarioNawfal @Grok what exactly is the Ramstein Base and why is it named like that?
English

🇮🇷🇩🇪 Iran is asking Germany what’s up with the Ramstein base.
They say they don’t get what role it’s playing in the U.S.–Israel war and want a clear answer.
Ramstein is a major U.S. hub, handling drone links, coordination, troop movements, and even medevacs tied to the war right now.
Germany says it’s not part of the war, just letting the U.S. use the base.
Iran’s not buying it and is now questioning if Germany is actually neutral.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 The U.S. might allow some Iranian oil, but only the ~140M barrels already sitting on ships at sea. Not a full rollback, just trying to get more oil into the market quickly as tensions push prices up. Basically, a short 10- to 14-day move to keep things steady. They did the same with Russian oil last week. Source: Iran International, U.S. News and World Report
