Europe likes to “discuss and approve” everything, even if the plans were previously known - especially if the permit for the plant was closed. Which it is or Tesla wouldn’t be producing cars. It a formality, but requires a new permit fee. All those discussions and approvals need to be financed somehow 😉

Yes, a permit to build something that was already in the initial building plans. Solar panels at an electric car factory. On already developed land. I'm sure this was a real shock to them. I get the red tape but to halt construction? A fine is more appropriate in this case than potentially costing millions a day for halting such a large project.

@lightscriptor Only 2021+ S/X have cooled seats There was a limited run of Model X with cooled seats back in 2016 but they were removed shortly after due to performance issues.

One of the most underrated features of the refresh S/X is cooled seats. Would love to see Tesla to bring this to Model 3/Y too, even as an optional in-app purchase.
