@eatinerni @Lulu_cowboys Foie gras is duck liver paté. Sort of like canned deviled ham, but made by grinding up duck liver into a paste. Oysters are the worst tasting shellfish, clams & mussels are way better. Escargot is too much work for what you get. If you’ve had roe on sushi, that’s like caviar.

@lildave75 I rarely make reservations for a restaurant. The only time I do is the high demand spots and I add a note to sit at the bar.

Don’t sleep on Ramsay’s Kitchen. I feel like this is a bit of a secret tucked away inside Harrah’s. I’ve been here maybe a dozen times and the food is fantastic and the old fashioned is exceptional. I don’t usually go for filet but you gotta try Gordon’s Beef Wellington at least once in your life. And the Parker rolls are doughy perfection. @VitalVegas @LasVegasLocally @HarrahsVegas
