HII!! LIFE UPDATE?? healthy & HAPPY. i’m so strong & my butt is bigger than it’s ever been tbh (🤤) on a sustainable cut & seeing crazy results working out 5 days a week. i have the relationship w food i couldn’t have even dreamt of in the past. i want this for all of you (contd)

1.5 hours left of my 11.5 hour shift someone pls lobotomize me then i have a 1 hour drive home

@faesscale yes ugh the numbing shot is always so painful but honestly i had such bad expectations and it made the numbing shot a lot less painful than i remembered! i hope it goes well for you and is quick and painless <3

@liminaliso the numbing shot hurt like a bitch and i was so nervous but ill have my bf with there when i get it out so hopefully i will have some moral support :') im glad it didn't hurt though ! make sure to take it easy and be careful ! heating pads helped me with the soreness a ton :3

@faesscale thank you !! i was so scared too omg but it wasn't bad! once it was numbed up i didn't feel any pain. i felt nauseous and like i was going to faint because it was freaking me out but my doctor was so nice and got it out within a few minutes! had to cut scar tissue but it was okay

@liminaliso omg i hope you recover quickly !! i have to get my nexplanon taken out in october and im so scared 😭 how was it ? my arm was sore for days when i got it put in
