@postbank Wenn ich telefonisch mal durchkommen würde ... das habe ich als allererstes versucht! Können Sie mir sagen warum auf meine schriftliche Beschwerde nicht geantwortet wird? Das sollte doch ausreichen, wenn ich mich dahin gewendet habe!

@postbank mir wurden ungerechtfertigt Portogebühren abgebucht obwohl ich garkeine Post erhalten habe. Auf emails kommen nur dämliche automatisierte Antworten, nichtmals auf meine postalische Beschwerde an die Beschwerdeabteilung wird reagiert. Es ist absolut unzumutbar!

@vodafoneservice seit 5 Tagen geht Internet, Telefon und TV wegen der Rückwegstörung nicht. Gestern wurde dann endlich ein Ticket für TV eröffnet weil es nichts damit zu tun hat und jetzt sagt man mir ich solle mich gedulden, meine Meldung besteht erst seit einem Tag! Ernsthaft??

@vodafoneservice @vodafoneservice selbst mal auf den Link geklickt? Da steht keine Beeinträchtigung. Obwohl ihr laut eurer Servicehotline einen Totalausfall habt. Anscheinend eine Rückwegstörung .. vielleicht sollten die Störungsmeldungen dann mal aktualisiert werden? Die besteht seit 4 Tagen!
