Brian Harpole, Charlie Kirk’s former head of security, has filed a federal defamation lawsuit against Candace Owens, her companies, and Mitchell Snow. He said the accusations against him escalated after Owens relied on Snow, who claimed he saw Harpole leaving a “top brass” military meeting at Fort Huachuca in Arizona the day before the shooting. Harpole alleges the meeting never occurred and that his travel records show he was in Dallas at the time. He alleges Owens reviewed the records but continued spreading false stories. He claims her actions destroyed his reputation, cost him major security clients, and subjected him to widespread online harassment. I hope he wins.
