Trump’s obsession with the Obamas has never been political. It has always been personal, racial, and ugly. First, he spent years pushing the racist birther conspiracy against President Obama. Then he shared content depicting the Obamas as apes. Recently, a fighter stood in the White House and referred to Michelle Obama as a man, and the White House said nothing. Now Trump is publicly referring to Barack Obama as a “stupid son of a bitch.” The pattern is impossible to ignore. MAGA’s problem has never been that Barack and Michelle Obama failed. Their problem is that the Obamas succeeded. They cannot stand the fact that a brilliant Black man became President of the United States and that a brilliant, accomplished Black woman became one of the most admired First Ladies in American history. So they resort to what racists have always resorted to: dehumanization. They question Barack Obama’s legitimacy. They question Michelle Obama’s womanhood. They compare them to animals. They mock them. They insult them. They attempt to strip them of the dignity routinely afforded to white public figures. And then they wonder why people call them racist. No, this is not about policy disagreements. People disagree about politics every day. This is about a movement that repeatedly reaches for racist tropes whenever the Obamas are involved. Barack and Michelle Obama will be remembered as historic figures who served this nation with intelligence, grace, and dignity. The people obsessed with demeaning them are simply revealing themselves as vile, denonic, racist, human refuse.

BREAKING: Mississippi police shot and killed a 1-year-old baby after Walmart called the cops on a Black family accusing them of stealing DIAPERS! This is beyond horrifying… Little Kohen Kartier Wiley will never see his second birthday thanks to the Mississippi police, who killed him and critically wounded his aunt after some trigger-happy cop claimed their car was driving in “the direction” of the officers. The cops were there because some racist employee at Walmart baselessly accused the family of stealing a box of diapers. The family says they have a digital receipt. The police statement alleges that “Law enforcement officers responded to a shoplifting call at Walmart on U.S. 51. Upon arrival, officers encountered two subjects and a juvenile child fleeing from the store into a vehicle. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver drove in the direction of the officers, almost striking one.” “An officer then discharged their weapon, and the vehicle fled the scene. The subjects arrived at a local hospital where one juvenile child in the vehicle was pronounced deceased, and another subject had critical injuries. No law enforcement officers received any serious physical injury.” Any camera footage related to this incident needs to be released IMMEDIATELY, as we know the cops freely and regularly lie about stuff like this in order to justify heinous acts of violence, like murdering a toddler. The idea that a police officer thought that two women and a baby would suddenly go on a vehicular homicide rampage the second they saw a police officer is beyond ludicrous; there is no possible justification for unloading a weapon into a vehicle that they KNEW held a child, as the police statement makes very clear. Policing in America is fundamentally broken if a police officer thinks it's acceptable to shoot at a car with a baby in it over STOLEN DIAPERS, which may not even have been stolen. This being Mississippi, he’s probably going to get away with it scot-free. We said Black Lives Matter, and we meant it. This cannot be allowed to go unpunished. Rest in peace, Kohen.
