I’ve found a drop of ‘Lossit’ from The @lostdistillery Co. in the cabinet, and a block of extra mature smoked cheddar in the fridge. Lossit was an Islay farm distillery for around 50 years in the 19th century. It closed in 1867. It’s all going down rather well Slàinte!

Another great tasting last night for the members of Comhlan Uisge-beatha na h-Eileanan Siar. Blended Malts from @DLaingWhisky @CompassBox @lostdistillery @SMWSUK and Muckle Flugga sampled and enjoyed by all.
