Western Imperialism is definitely only the US right now. We're the only people in the west with a military to be imperialistic. The closest thing to us is Israel, which is clearly not Western. Western nations take pains to hide the fact that they act like barbarians. That's kinda the whole point of being the west. We pretend we're not barbarians. The west outsources their violence to the US, so they can pretend that the violence isn't being done on their behalf. Its why you dumbasses are always fawning over how Europe is so much better than the US. We're the same society. Up until Trump, there was no daylight between Europe and the US. NATO was our country. Killing the Nazis was our founding myth, and Russia was our eternal enemy. It's the one reallly good thing about Trump that NATO is dead now. It's shitty how it happened. It's kinda like how Biden got us out of Afghanistan. It's great that he did it, but holy shit it was retarded and got a lot of people needlessly killed. Imperialism isn't border skirmishes. That's nationalism. America didn't start dealing in empire until after WW2. You could argue WW1, when we became a major player on the world stage. Prior to that, we were focused on things like manifest destiny, taming the frontier, fighting with our neighbors, various degrees of genocide. While all of that was going on Western imperialism was things like the French, British, Spanish, Dutch, etc., setting up colonies in places like the Congo, India, the Americas, etc. Words have meanings. If you want to kill western imperialism without bringing up racism, you cut of the money supply and watch it starve. I'm about to be proven right by Iran, Russia and China, and even though it's gonna suck, it will be nice for America to focus inwards for a while.

How do we get rid of western imperialism without addressing racism? Explain it to me like I’m five.
