@ultgwj it’s hard getting to 10k when I’m in pain BUT unironically doing pilates and stretching DAILY has actually made my hip pain better. still aches but it doesn’t hinder my ability to walk/stand even run for long periods of time anymore

when I first joined edtwt I tried to figure out what ugw meant. I figured the other ones. this is what I came up with ⤵️ ugw ≠ unrealistic goal weight but it means ⤵️ ugw = ultimate goal weight and I think both can work

i’ve been hanging out with my bsf and sister a lot lately and we’re always eating together and I can’t do it cuz the food they want is fast food and it’s killin me. how do I avoid always eating with them I’m trying to fast for as long as I can rn and it’s impossible 😭

@oyyysters chewing food a lot slower, with intention and putting the food down completely or whatever im eating the food with (chopsticks, fork, spoon). that way when im done chewing i have to go back to pick up the food/utensil and take another bite instead of having another bite ready

How do I eat slower and do not say smaller bites chew slowly and one piece at a time
