@Habichtsberg AI wrapper apps that just rename ChatGPT prompts into a “startup” are everywhere now The real moat is solving an actual problem, not shipping faster.

Unpopular Opinion: Most Vibe-coded startups are dead 💀 People skip actual market research. No "Does anyone actually need it" or "did it already get solved". Consequence: App Stores are drowning. + Getting harder to stand out. What's the most useless AI app you've seen lately?

@firstladyships That’s a hard truth honestly. Being constantly available isn’t the same thing as being deeply valued.

If your absence is easily replaced, it was never your value they were attached to. It was your availability. Real value is felt when your presence changes something. Convenience is forgotten the moment it’s no longer convenient.

@Inkhornquill Comfort zones are hard to leave even when we know they’re holding us back. Change usually starts when staying the same becomes more painful.

We often know exactly what would make our lives better. We simply don't do it. The hardest part isn't knowing what to change,it is giving up the comfort of staying the same.

@eliana_jordan This is such a good breakdown. A lot of founders only post product updates without building attention or trust first.

if you’re trying to build a brand around your app, i think content works like a funnel TYPE 1: viral content memes, relatable posts, trends. these get the most views. they bring new people into your world. but they usually convert the worst. TYPE 2: educational content teach people something useful. these get fewer views, but they build trust. this is where people start following you for a reason. TYPE 3: brand content features, stories, product updates, customer wins. not direct promotion. just showing what you actually do. these usually get the lowest reach. but they’re the ones that convert. most founders only create type 3. the problem is nobody is there to see it. you need all three.

@firstladyships Kindness without boundaries can easily get misunderstood. People often respect clarity and standards more than constant accommodation.

Being kind doesn’t automatically earn respect. In fact, some people will take kindness as permission to undervalue you. Respect often begins the moment you stop explaining yourself and start setting clear boundaries.

@taraspedko This is why systems beat motivation every time. Tiny consistent actions on bad days matter more than big bursts on good days.

Motivation is too weak to carry a serious life. Bad days expose whether your system is real or decorative. Shrink the action until it is impossible to skip and let small wins rebuild trust.

@AnthonyGaenzle Fear usually shrinks once action begins. The anticipation is often worse than the actual thing itself.

That scary thing you’re avoiding won’t seem so scary after you face it. That first step forward breaks the wall of fear, and it subsides more and more with each step. If fear is stopping you, turn the tables and take step one.

Another week in the books: -> Made new genuine connections. -> Built a system that makes content creation even easier than before. -> Combined Grok, NotebookLM, and ChatGPT into a workflow that analyzes posts on autopilot. What was your biggest achievement this week?

One more morning at my favourite cafe in Da Nang before heading back to BKK Had a great reset over these past two weeks and made a lot of progress getting Commune closer to launch Also finished Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins and started on The School of Life for my next read One book tells you to embrace suffering and never quit. The other asks you to understand yourself better and live with more intention I probably need both 😆 Countdown: 11 days left to ship or die...🏴‍☠️💪 #buildinpublic #shipordie
