@macfarbt Thanks for waiting, The SA109 is the the tax return supplementary page you use when you're not resident but still need to file a tax return. It does not close down your self assessment. You'd need to send the form I linked earlier to close the record altogether. Steve

@HMRCcustomers I sent by post the form "SA109 2023" as that was the guidance on HMRC's site and community forums.

@HMRCcustomers I filed a 2021/22 tax return, noting in writing I was no longer a resident. On 30/08/2023 I filed a second confirmation I'm not a non-resident nor earning in UK. Recently, 6 October 2024 I formally appealed online but still no change or response.

@JordanRogers26 Excellent analysis. The TS ad is like Nike’s great ads and other sportswear ads that lead the category. You feel inspired rather than are told to go be inspired. When done well it fuels the lifestyle part of the business in parallel to the performance side.
