@justinrayharvey Time Machine should back up your internal and any external drives by default. Nothing to do. You can check in System Settings, General, Time Machine to check to make sure you haven't excluded the external drive.

@macmost Please do a video on this topic so I can see what you physically do because I am so confused

I use time machine to back up my main computer hard drive I want to keep all files on an external hard drive, which I have done that should I get another external hard drive so that I can back up that drive with time machine as well? @macmost if that makes any sense
