@mialories Eat a little bit of pizza (don’t eat crust if you want a few cal less), drink a lot of water in between, make sure that you have a lot of steps today (so that you’re adding cals to your allowed intake?), and eat less tomorrow to kinda cancel it out? (This is if u can’t pvrge)
