sensory overload? it works on GABA receptors without the dangers (or stigma) of benzos. social phobia? same as the above, you give a lot less of a shit. being too aware of yourself and surroundings? yeah it’s Lyrica all the way down

male + most personality disorders is a recipe for winding up alone and the subject of intense mocking. being an emotional man already is bad enough, imagine being one that feels all that shit on 10,000%

@malovvave Agreed. My point is Hinduism and other Eastern religions tolerate and accept atheists far more than Abrahamic religions. Although, Christianity and Judaism are far better in that regard. The only outlier is Islam. They react like how they did 1400 years ago against criticism.

@bharathvarshh that doesn’t change the fact that some sunday atheist with two brain cells would call you a bigot for disparaging hindus but not their christian family members it’s not that so much that a faith can tolerate non-believers. more so of which faiths these people allow criticism.

@malovvave Eastern religions literally have space for atheists in its own teachings. For eg., the Carvaka school of thought, which is the rejection of God, is central to Hinduism. The same can be said about Buddhism, Jainism and Shintoism too.
